First, point your mouse at the document you want to download.

Then, Right-Click on the document, and you will see something similar to the picture to the right.

Point your mouse at the option, "Save Target As" and left click on it.

Now you will get a screen like you see to the right.

Up at the top you can choose Desktop as the destination for the downloaded document.

This is the simplest choice, but you can put it anywhere, just remember where it goes.

Then click Save in the lower right corner.

Now the file will download, and you will see something like the picture to your right.

Usually, you can just click Open after the download finishes, and then the document will open.

If this doesn't work, go to your Desktop and find the file.

Double-click on it to open it up.
